No pickup since BEFORE Christmas. We get texts that trash will be one day late yet trash is still sitting there piling up. We call, nothing happens, This happens way too frequently. Anyone recommend how to get Wastepro to take action?

I have never received any help from them. I couldnt get them on the phone. Went right to voicemail. Terrible customer service.
