Waste Pro - Arden/Asheville

Not at all! We live on English Ivy Road, off Leicester Hwy. I can't speak for other areas, but we've never had a problem with Waste Pro. I can only say positive things concerning their service. I've watched a piece of trash fall on the ground, and it was picked up immediately, and tossed in the truck. Our pick up day is Monday, around 7 or 8, they are very prompt. We don't use their recycling service, but others on our street do, and I've never heard any complaints. I'd give Waste Pro an A+ for service.

They haven't pick up recycle on Alexander road yet

Same day it always was,just every other week by zone. It was in your original packet that was inside the new containers.if uou dont have it,call them,they will tell you

I have never received any help from them. I couldnt get them on the phone. Went right to voicemail. Terrible customer service.

Expect to pay for a service and never have you trash picked up

I have been waiting for 2 weeks for trash pick up here in Leicester. They finally stopped.today and picked up recycling. Not a trash truck in sight. People on my road have at least 10 bags at each driveway. I hate wastepro

Call them with your account number and tell them most people have to get the cans at there location and they have been known for skipping weeks with no pick up they skipped me yesterday

It depends on where you are I think... for my area, it's every other week on a Tuesday

Is this a commercial business or a residential trash. Residential you call or go by the office. Commercial you call your sales representative.

You can take bulk items to the transfer station in Asheville or you can take them straight to the dump on Panther branch.

They did that to some of our neighbors too. We got new bins and tried to return the recycle one cuz I think they'll charge us for it but I tried to leave it out so they'd take it back but they won't. So I have no clue what's going on with their bin situation.

There is no right or wrong answer to that because of the sale of thing makes it not recyclable but because of the paper it makes a recycle not going to pick through it and pick out one little piece of paper

The tags are used for extra bags over your normal can.tag must be on extra bag

May wanna give em a call. Same happened to us....we had to go by and pick up a bin....they say they will get it without one but idk

Yes for 10 to 15yrs for the last 2 yrs service has been awful

With waste pro more than likely no there will be no trash pick up due to weather

They won't even pick up the trash out of dumpster
