We are very happy about our experience with Mountain Leisure! Abigail has been clear and easy to communicate with. Everyone worked out according to the timeline they provided. The two gentlemen who installed the tub gave us a thorough run down of everything we needed to know. The hot tub has been working great and we are very much enjoying it!

I read reviews and went to Mountain Leisure because of it's high marks for customer service. Call me old fashioned, but good customer service is hard to find today. These guys are friendly, eager to please and very personable. Their prices are fair and they do a great job👍

I waited one year and a half to write my review. The team at mountain leisure hot tubs were incredibly accommodating and realistic about time frames and when we should receive our product during covid times when demand was at an all-time high. They brought the tub on time and were able to maneuver it along the back of the house on a very complicated slope to place it exactly where I wanted it to be. They also provided good guidance regarding placement and how to set it up in a way that works with my design. Super-efficient and professional, my tub was ready and installed the same day, with no problems at all. During the past year and a half, we haven't had any problems with our hot tub and it has been functioning as expected. We were very happy with the quality of the tub and the final result, we were able to install it the way we wanted and now we enjoy a wonderful space to relax and take in nature thanks to mountain leisure hot tubs. very recommended!

How often and in what manner you clean your hot tub will depend on two factors: how often the spa is used and the manufacturer. * Test your hot tub water with test strips once or twice a week. * Treat your hot tub water accordingly based on the readings from the test strips. * Clean the filter every two weeks with water from the hose. * Drain, clean and fill the hot tub once every three to four months.
