Would not recommend! Had pool go in in Sept of last year, was not finished until late spring of this year. People would show up without notice to install forgotten items. Then had issues with electrical that we had to call on 4 times now. Issues still have not been resolved; contractor was over to house and stated that electrician has set up our system completely wrong. Tried calling company back again to get this corrected, was told they thought it was taken care of but they are busy and will have to get back to me.

I hired this company to maintain my hot tub. Not only did they send under qualified personnel to attempt to fix it, they over charged for the time they bumbled around attempting to do a poor job. Billing was inaccurate and late. I was charged for something 2 years after the fact. Watch out for these guys. They do not practice good business! They allowed my hot tub to go unattended for 2 months which resulted in the cover being damaged. The compmay blamed my misfortune on one of their former employee. No discount no apologies, just more of the same.

Dropped off a vac beginning of June, was told because they didn’t install my pool or usually work on this type, it would be mid-June before they looked at it. Called several times at end of June with no call backs to give me the status of my vac. Apparently if you are not an existing customer you aren’t good enough for them.
