Been waiting 7 months since my referral was sent. I had a voicemail earlier this month to finally schedule appointment. I left multiple messages that went unreturned. When I finally spoke with someone, they said my referral still has to be processed and cannot schedule until then, despite having already gone through that step.

If you care about your health, this is not the office to call to set up a consult for a colonoscopy. They received 2 referrals for me and several voicemails from me ovdr the last few weeks, after I knew they received the referrals to schedule and they never called back. I had to call today for a different doctors referral. This office doesn't have the decency to call you to book you, or tell you they're not taking new patients nor do they update with tricare that they aren't taking new patients. If you care about your health, preventing or treating colon cancer or other issues ..this is not the office or doctor to call. If you have to travel to Syrause, Govenour or wherever, you'll be better off. You'll get there before this office decides to call you back. Would recommend finding another office/doctor.

My son had test done there and was told to call in two weeks for the results. It has been almost 4 weeks now. He was told a week ago the doctor hasn’t review his results yet, and then told the same thing today. Definitely would go someplace else if you actually want to know what’s wrong with you.
