Last October I walked into United spas without an appointment hopeful to gain some knowledge on why new is the way to go. I’ve owned 2 used spas prior, and was hesitant to spend big money on a new one. I ended up buying a 6 person with lounger and automatic chlorination system (11k). The 10 year warranty was the biggest selling point for me. One year later I’m very pleased with my decision. Every step of the process was explained and followed through. The upkeep and maintenance is so much easier than my previous spas. I’m still on my original bottle of bromine. I would highly recommend United Spas to my friends and family.

Spa cover is very poor. Lets dirt in. Owner Nadine says they all do that and she has nener had a complaint. They came to clean the spa on September 9th. Service not completed as promised and Nadine refusing to have staff come out to refill the spa as contracted. I am reporting company to the better business bureau.

United Spas was amazing during every step of this major purchase for our family. We have twin boys that both play basketball and we were looking for some quality water therapy for their recovery after long days of practice and games. The staff advised us in the product selection and the installation (Michael and team) was seamless. We selected the Ozone package for additional sanitation and ease of care. The knowledgeable support staff was readily available to take our calls and answer our questions as "newbie" spa owners. We realize there is a spa dealership on every corner where we live in northern CA – However, I am confident we found the best supplier for us! Very pleased and enjoying every moment of our new therapy!
