Account was locked and card confiscated for taking longer than 20 seconds to fill out an envelope. Would have been great if there was a warning beep or maybe a ledge to write on so I could keep tabs on what the screen was saying. I understand how security is a major issue, as this is a bank, but it is very frustrating when you just want to pay your credit card bill.

I believe they do, I have received Canadian money from Community Bank before a trip to Canada a couple years ago.
I had to go to the bank to do it and they still had problems. I am happy with it now though.
