The "Service" Department is a nightmare. The earliest appointment was over a month out which is understandable to some degree because of supply chain issues, etc., but on the morning of the appt. and while I was driving to Gill, the service "manager" Mike Dusan called to ask me if I could drop off my vehicle at a later date because they are short 6/10 mechanics. They initially told me that it would be within 24 hrs to diagnose the problem of vehicle. after calling every other day to find out the status, they told me that it would probably be tomorrow and this went on for a week. They never returned my calls and could never provide a straight answer. They are completely lost and it showed on all fronts. Finally they said that I could pick up my vehicle if I wanted, so I did, It was never looked at and upon picking up my vehicle Mike didn't even acknowledge me. No apology, remorse or anything for completely inconveniencing my life for a week. I will have my vehicle repaired at another dealership and then trade it in for a $75,000 brand new 2023 model. They not only lost my business to future sales but trust that word of mouth is very powerful and I will be extremely vocal about my horrible experience for years to come. Take my advice and run from their circus of ineptness and unprofessionalism.

The vehicles are great the service rep is horrible. Mike in service is extremely disrespectful to woman. I have personally have had several issues with him attempting to charge me when I had a lifetime warranty. He spoke down to me as if I did not know what I was speaking about. As soon as I get my husband in there the entire story changes. I’ve taken all my paperwork in and clearly showed him what was covered with my warranty. He always gave me the run around kept my vehicle there for weeks at one time. Today was the straw that broke this camels back. He had my vehicle since 7:50 am and I had to keep calling throughout the day to get updates. No one would give me a call back after i was promised calls back. I finally just showed up at the dealer and all the sudden my vehicle was ready. He spoke with my husband all respectful but he dismissed me. Did not acknowledge me at all. In my opinion he fears a woman who challenges him with questions he does not have answers for. He may be a great person with everyone else however with me he was the complete opposite. I would have gave zero stars but there was no option for that. I understand that there are some men who are intimidated by strong woman. I guess I gave that vibe off and that’s why he chose to be disrespectful to me.

This dealership practices bait and switch, listed a truck on their website that isn’t for sale only to get all my contact information and spam me with messages/emails about other trucks that I have absolutely no interest in. What a shame
