Literally came 2 weeks ago to get a line and a phone, this guy did my order didn’t tell me what plans are there just told me the price, I ask for a certain case and got one that looks like his case instead of the case I brought, I can’t make an account I can’t see what I’m paying just know my bill is$150. Horrible Horrible Horrible, thought maybe cause it’s busy but no I try calling by pressing 1 for English then 4 for a representative & once they answer they hang up on me. I don’t know how they apply my plan or how I can make an account but I don’t have to go everytime to the store everytime I have a problem I should be able to do it the comfort on my phone
