This place is absolute trash. Lady worker tells me systems are down and I can return and pay on Thursday, which is today, I return then she tells me I can’t. That I can pay online, she could’ve told me that in the first place!

This is embarrassing that officials and employees do not respect peoples first amendment rights. Being a madera county resident this scares and infuriates me. Do better and educate your employees and teach them to be polite and professional.
