This is a tremendous store with outstanding service and ownership. I went in to get two pens I own remedied for their non-productivity and walked out with both pens working and a new fountain pen - a style I had never owned nor tried. No doubt, I will return. Sanitizer available for customer to use.Enforce State mask policy. Clean glass counter after every customer product presentation. Remove calligraphy and fountain pen testing station.
