Yes, they have self serve or you can take in a flash drive and they'll print for you. It's about 50 cents a page
Yes,if you are talking about the pads that protect the floor.
To warn you if it is copywritten they cannot touch it. If it's not it would be possible but depending on how many prints total it could become rather expensive. I would suggest giving them as much time as possible for a project like that
