The absolute WORST for simple returns. I had a HAPPY return no box or packaging required, code ready to be scanned and it took over 20 minutes!

Unfortunately the store can only get a one due to the treatment of its workers. Employees harassed elderly customers and when they were exiting continued to chase them out the store. Employees don’t wear name tags but if asked for a manager or name are given the response “we don’t give names”, and “ I’m in charge and after that is god”.

Most inspiring team that works there - Helpful and caring , left me speechless , I went to drop a package last evening with no label and the two staff helped me print and tape the package with no delay . World will be a better place if we all learn from them - Thank you both

Luis or Louis needs to learn people skills. If you don’t feel like working you should just go home. We all got issues. Don’t project them on others. I don’t even do this. But the world would be such a better place with we were nicer to each other. Please don’t penalize him. Just talk to him. He may need someone to vent too. And there nothing wrong with that. I come here all the time. Never had issues. At the end of my transaction he still got done exactly what I needed done. Thank you for that Luis. Peace be with you.
