Yep... you can go all the way to Maine if you want! But just to preacher's rock is about 45 minutes depending on how fast/slow you by go
To the rock is about 1 mile. 30 min. hike to 45 min.
As long/short as you want to make it. We hiked in about 5 miles and it was awesome.
