Yes, but no fulltime living. Pretty place.

If so how much are they. Or rent to own lots. I am looking for a lot that is at least a half acre or a 1 acre lot because I have 2 large dogs

Not there, the lots go not much more than the camper on it. It's a very nice place, ur dog can't run free must be on leash a lot of golf carts my dog got hit one day and the driver never even stopped and it's right when I arrived she jumped out of the car a golf cart hit her and kept going but doesn't sound like the place for you

Why can you only stay nine months out of a year of you buy the property.

It's not a full-time campground or residence place it is for like people coming in for the summer time and going home in the winter time or vice versa I am a technician that works for kamper korner I do a lot of service work there

Brookside does not allow year round living. 270 days a year maximum.
