I would not go to Mike Hostillo. You can try, but they are more accident lawyers. You need to first to contact the police and have an official report of the incident made. This would ahow yhe severity of the incident and give you something to go to the school with. Next Hostillo and ask if this is the kind of case they would pick up. Your case has many variables 1)potential negligence of the school 2)criminal charges against the bully 3)civil ramifications for medical, pain and suffering. This all adds up. If hostillo does not want to pick up the case, then they can help refer you. Good luck.
