I too am unstatified with my legal representative! I know I signed paperwork, I believe a contract that I can't seek other legal representation, but how do I get out of being represented by this attorney? I bet M. Hostilo doesn't know or is unaware of the service that the attorneys that represent him, are treating the clients!
No it is not but my advice is from personal experience. Its not them thats taking this long it is the insurance company. They are negotiating your settlement right now and trying to get the best offer for you so that you can decide if you want the first offer or the second because the third offer is to go to trial and that will take a longer process. Give them another 1-2 weeks and let them know how you feel but do give them a call tomorrow and you will see that my advice is right but only from personal experience.
