More catfish below the dam in Pelzer than up around the ramp. And definitely use chicken liver or cut up bream on the bottom. At night is best time for catfish.

Been down there a few times trying to catch catfish with all different kinds of bait and haven't caught one yet, at least not at that location. Don't use a bobber if you're trying to catch catfish. Live bait and chicken liver work pretty well.
