Our board for the neighborhood wants fences and homes to look uniform. Unless they've changed this policy. Length is to the end of your property but be warned, they can and will build onto your fence that YOU paid for, and do it without your permission in order to connect it to your neighbors fence. That's what they did to us and now we can't even cut the grass behind the fence. They left no entrance/exit or door to the fence and we're backed up to a ravine. So we would fall and break who knows how many bones if we tried lifting a weedeater or lawn mower over this fence to cut behind it. Just do yourself a favor and pick the new neighborhood right across the street from Sandifer.
