Unfortunately I'll be adding to this list in a few days . Me & my son are gearing up to relocate after a long bout of rudeness , trouble with water leaking into the apt & shorting out our TV. Giant water bugs & even crickets get inside the unit somehow. They took us to court for late fees they previously waved during covid..,and to top if off we are being charged a monthly water bill without any meters around . How do they know our water usage ? Our bill is higher on months we arent even home often!! Terrible!!!

VERY POOR service. They take forever to be done and usually keep the request incomplete.

Lived in one of their many complexes. Paid rent on time, and because of the mail service delaying my letter to vacate it wasn't received on time. I'm being charged a extra months rent on the way out the door. Wow the character. I'm most likely will be charged for some bogus stuff even though I took care of this apartment and just because they want to rip you off they'll probably find an excuse anyway. I wonder how many others have you done this too. Since you're not in the office on weekends that's probably why my letter wasn't received in timely matter.

Staff is amazing! Every time I am on the phone with them to pay my rent, they are super polite, ask me if I need anything else, etc. I am a current Tenant of one of the Communities they manage and all I have is a positive, great review about them.

The middlesex management sucks I'm sorry I moved there
It depends on amount and is a service charged to the call center and the bank, between $5 to $10
