My experience is if you pay and you don't cause commotion, they are good business people. I pay and I have no issues. They don't invade your space. They come when they say they're coming to fix or inspect, and they are respectful. So, I'm grateful for Hinson Management.

No. They cover nothing for your home. Just the street light out front and the sign for the neighborhood.
Boundaries of the homes are difficult to figure out. YOU get the joy of cutting any and all grass. They built a fence behind our home and then, without consulting us, built onto it to make our neighbors fence. So now we can't cut the grass behind it and there is poison and thorns and weeds growing around and in our fence, making a terrible eye sore and a danger to our child. We had snakes and rats come from those same weeds that endangers anyone back there. They will do nothing at all about it. Period.
They'll probably just raise your HOA fee for it.
