This company is a disaster. I called "corporate" 5 times to speak with someone regarding my application and never received a phone call back. The property manager couldn't answer any of my questions regarding the application and basically disregarded the concerns I addressed. Stay far away from this company and their apartments.

This is the company that built new apartments in Harrisburg, PA called The Reserve at Paxton Creek (they claim to be 'Luxury Apartments'), in the Susquehanna Township area, and I'm writing this review to tell you to beware of this company. They have tried to charge me tons of fees since I've been here, and were successful in a couple, but every month I have to fight them when I pay my rent. Eventually they see that they're in the wrong and drop the fees. I do not trust them, they're trying to wrong me out of money, so be careful with this company!!

TRASH! RUN!!!!!! There is NO professionalism. Corruption. There is seniority, nepotism, and/or favoritism in their community. They do not follow their lease agreement, and there are no fair rights to the tenant either. Abuse of privilege. Bad reviews. It's NOT TO LIVE LIVE AT THEIR APARTMENTS! Not worth the cheaper price. If these reviews were seen before, could of went to Woodmont Ridge or Springview...paid $2,000-$2,500 where quality service and respect exist. You will not have a voice, and if you do...they will do what it takes to ignore the issues at all levels. If you are a tenant, you do not matter to them. READ YOUR REVIEWS, IT SAYS ALOT OF ABOUT YOUR CHARACTER AS A MANANGEMENT TEAM!
