This is a horrible place. They are making my step father go weekly, after he's been on monthly for 50 years because they got mad at him for not answering his phone. Tiffany is the head lady in charge and she doesn't have one iota of compassion. Stanley is the counselor, but he has no power at all and just nods and says "It's tiffany that's doing this".... My step father is 72 with HIV, Liver Cancer and can barely walk and doesn't drive, but they are 'punishing' him because he didn't return their calls promptly enough. They feel these people are just dirtbags and junkies and there is ZERO compassion (despite what the website says). AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. I hope somebody treats Tiffany and Stanley's mother or father like this one day. It would be poetic justice.

I have been apart of this facility for a few years now, and I want to start off by saying that the stigma people give this place is absolutely wrong, this place is fantastic, filled with people who truly want to help you, and truly care, but the main reason of this review is I want to give someone the recognition they deserve, and that's Tiffany. This woman is absolutely AMAZING. Like I said, I have been going here for a few years, but I always kept to myself, besides the usual visits with my counselor when needed, but over the last few months, I have talked to Tiffany for at least an hour a day, every single day, and I regret not getting to know her sooner, as said before i've been there for a few years and in just the few short months of talking with her, I have received more help from just her alone, than I have from the whole entire facility as a whole. She is one of the most caring, honest, straight forward woman I have ever met. I have gone into her office in tears having the worst morning ever, full blown anxiety attack, and walk out with a smile on my face and my whole morning turned around. I suffer from major mental health issues, and she has helped me more than my own actually psychiatrist that I see outside of the facility. Tiffany is the type of woman that doesn't go to work just to make money, she goes to work to help people, give it her all, and change lives and that's exactly what she does. I can say that in confidence because Tiffany has truly made a positive impact on my life. She has took time out of her own day to print me information that she thinks would help me with personal issues I am dealing with, she will talk to me when I need some advice, or sit and just listen to me cry about whatever is bothering me that day for a hour if I need her to, and what's so big about all of this, is she isn't even my counselor. She puts everything on hold every morning, for however long I sit in her office, and helps me. She isn't "required" to do any of this, she does it because she truly cares, and I think that is so amazing. She is the type of person every single treatment center needs, and I am so, SO thankful, I get to have her apart of my life everyday. Thank you so much Tiffany for everything that you do! Central Florida treatment center of palmbay would NOT be as great as they are without you there. ❤️

This place saved my life after the pill mills shut down. The staff is amazing and the women that runs it is not only good at her job, but extremely educated about addiction and understands it. Thank you to each of the staff!!!

I have had the privilege of being a patient there since October. I have NEVER had SO MANY people actually care about me! I recently went on a family vacation where I was going to need to guest dose in 2 DIFFERENT states; Tiffany, the director went ABOVE, BEYOND AND BACK OVER to help me and to make sure I was going to be ok on my trip. There was even an incident WHILE I was away and again, Tiffany was RIGHT there to help me. I've never met anyone or been lucky enough to work with someone who is built and designed for her job!!! She's NOT just running a day to day business, she actually cares about her clients and patients and WANTS them to do well and be successful! If you're struggling and looking for help I would HIGHLY recommend Tiffany and her staff to help you get back to who you want to be!!
