To the horribly rude lady who as soon as I walked in the door demanded me to come straight to the counter, when I knew I needed to fill out an address slip for my package still: your horrible attitude and “customer” service makes me sad for you. The nasty look you gave me as you said “this isn’t the right address” when I clearly knew that and you rolled your eyes as I said “yes I know I was going to fill out a slip before coming to the counter” is proof that you must really hate your job. I hope the zipper on your jacket gets stuck :-)

I am so very disappointed and shocked at the service i got. My package was delivered and it was cut open and pieces of it were missing. The united states post office should be ashamed of themselves i have been waiting for this package for almost two weeks. Now i have to wait longer while they look into it and possibly give me my money back. Pathetic in my opinion. My only mode of transportation to work is now down even longer thanks to them.

My package that required my signature is missing with false information. It states delivered Oct. 1 with no answer. I was home. I went to the USPS website to scan the pink receipt for them to redeliver following day with instructions to knock on my door. Again, no delivery. However, the status changed to delivered at front desk with a signature at 4:09 Sat. October 2nd. I was home, there’s no excuse. Secondly the office is closed by 1pm on Saturdays. Thirdly, I never signed anything and since the office is closed, neither did anyone there which they are not approved to sign. So the mail carrier must have signed the form, stole my very expensive and valuable package that is irreplaceable and entered false information on the status of my parcel. Reading other comments on here, this has been an issue with your local branch and by the response, I can only assume nothing is being done to protect us from being robbed by your employees. Stealing packages is a serious crime and jail time
Because their n such a hurry to get their rout done. So they can go home, instead of holding on till next day when they can try and catch someone home, and it's not there's so they don't worry about, Which They Pay 4 Later

Sorry but we only have the 800 number. In my office we have 3 different number. 1 main office 2 carriers only 3 customers only. Leave a message to your carrier to leave you the phone number for your office they might have the same as our. Hope i help in your concern. Am in Palm Bay

I think the best way is going in there and talk to a supervisor. They don't answer phone calls for whatever reason.
Sometimes people call out, a new person is on the route, other routes are down are some reasons their late. Tomorrow after a holiday you can expect every route and mail person late. Mondays as well are rough days..hope that helps
