Justin came out late on a Friday night and spent 3 hours working on our broken furnace. He did a great job, super friendly, and got it working and did double checks that it would continued working.

One Focus illegally evicted me, a pregnant woman with a SERVICE animal, during the COVID Moratorium (landlords cannot evict anyone during this time). I had lost my job, missed ONE payment and contacted One Focus to tell them my situation and that I had applied for Emergency Rental Assistance. One Focus proceeded to illegally evict me, illegally cancel my mail so I was not aware of my court date for said illegal eviction, and continued to NOT notify me of the entire situation until I reached out to THEM. Someone from the office responded to my email ONE DAY before my 30 day sentence appeal time-frame expired. Not to mention, I had never missed a payment before this, One Focus told Emergency Rental Assistance I never lived at that address so I would be denied of help, and another tenant/couple in the building had been BLANTANTLY harassing me and my service dog (verbally threatening my dog, making MULTIPLE false reports to One Focus to try and get me in trouble/evicted) the entire duration of our stay. When I went to collect my belongings, after One Focus changed the door locks and posted a trespass notice on my door, I found ALL of my property moved around and tampered with. One Focus broke MULTIPLE landlord/tenant laws/codes and did absolutely nothing to help me during the pandemic. All of their good reviews are from house/building owners who One Focus works for, none from actual tenants. They also work with a fraudulent "collection agency" who will try to scam you for money. Do NOT use this company.

Great work order fulfillment time, talked to them after their inspection due to some heat troubles. Their technician named Justin, who I believe is a supervisor came over right away and helped solve the problem within an hour or two. Not to mention they also went out of their way to help try and fix a faulty toilet that wasn't flushing properly due to the flush valve.
