Have lost multiple packages of mine adding up to hundreds of dollars lost and all I get is an attitude if I make a complaint about it. Will never willingly use usps again.

Don't know about the workers working here, but there's only 1 person working the front desk every time I visit this place. I was greeted with a very poor, condescending attitude from the old lady who works there, she clearly don't like her job. What's up with postal workers around this area? I've never seen a friendly , professional service worker in central PA.

You can go to the Reach Road facility and give them your name and address. The ladies there may be able to help.
Calling the main USPS line will seldom get you a real person. Getting the number for your local PO is your best chance to get real answers.
Yes, there is a sign saying "get your passport here", located in the window. I'm sure it will still need to be submitted with a wait period.
Yes, you have to have an account setup on USPS.com I believe. Once you setup an account you'll have the option to stop mail to your address. Not sure what type of verification measures they have if any.
