The property is decent. I also have a 3 bedroom @ Stratford Park. You should know the name has been changed to Brandon Point Apts. When you move in, you sign a 6 month lease (non-negotiable). Then they will extend to a year at that time. I will say they charge astronomical prices AFTER your year lease is up if you don't want to renew for another year and move out. A 6 month lease without renewing another year is close to $120 more and month to month is even greater. Check the website for exact figures and know what your getting into. Don't expect your deposit back!! They will charge you for every single thing they see wrong. Meaning they want it exactly like it was when u moved in (so take pics). Im a tidy person and got charged (amongst other things) for dirty lights in the living/dining/bedroom and hallways...$125.00, really.!?!?! Guys, avoid this trap!!!
They are dog friendly as far as me. I have a german shepard who is very sweet. went through alot of places that would not accept that breed. there is a fee depending on the amount of animals and the weight.for my dog it is 20 extra a month because she is a BIG dog. I think 2 bedrooms started at 775 a month. I have a 3 br which is 825 before pet fee. They own another place called chateau Rivera right next to Lewis gale hospital. If i remember correctly the prices there were less than stratford park. Chateau Riviera is the other apartments they own RIGHT next to Lewis gale hospital. They charge a fee for pets depending on weight. I have a German Shepard that many places would not accept they did. My pet fee is 20 a month since she is a huge dog.
