I absolutely LOVE my apt!I fell in love just driving through and seeing the colonial buildings.Very quiet community, friendly neighbors.Office staff is very friendly and always available.Maintenance comes as soon as you call.And the interior of the apt,the wood floors throughout apartment is BEAUTIFUL! Great attention to detail when remodeling!Sq ft is great, diningroom plus an eat in kitchen, and huge bedrooms. I love coming home!!!

Very nasty place new someone that moved there and got bed bugs had to move right back out and left everything thang because very nasty place thay need new manager lice don't move there

The property is decent. I also have a 3 bedroom @ Stratford Park. You should know the name has been changed to Brandon Point Apts. When you move in, you sign a 6 month lease (non-negotiable). Then they will extend to a year at that time. I will say they charge astronomical prices AFTER your year lease is up if you don't want to renew for another year and move out. A 6 month lease without renewing another year is close to $120 more and month to month is even greater. Check the website for exact figures and know what your getting into. Don't expect your deposit back!! They will charge you for every single thing they see wrong. Meaning they want it exactly like it was when u moved in (so take pics). Im a tidy person and got charged (amongst other things) for dirty lights in the living/dining/bedroom and hallways...$125.00, really.!?!?! Guys, avoid this trap!!!
I just looked it up. Stratford only has 2 and 3 br all electric. 2 br/2ba is 750. Chateu Rivera for electric units is 1 br 695 , 2 br 795. For gas units 1 br 595 , 2 br 695. I think the gas units do not have washer and dryer in the units though.
