Two neighbors on my elderly mother’s street have unspayed/UN neutered cats that are starving and keep producing. It is so sad They kill animals to eat and neighbors put food out. There are at least 10 at each house. What can we do?

Put cages out and catch them and take them to the shelter put live traps out

My mother is 81. I can try to do the cages while visiting. It is so sad. This lady keeps getting more and more cats and doesn’t feed them and they are diseased and starving. And producing more.

Get in touch with main a.s.p.c.a... do not know what you are trying to say. Exactly but it doesn' sound good. Meantime please trap. It's the most humane thing to do.
