We adopted our dog from here back in January. It is a great facility! Super caring people and lots of love for the animals.

I've personally reported animal neglect multiple times through them and nothing has been done to this day. I'm not sure why laws exist if they aren't enforced. Apparently a dog being chained up with no food or water in these temperatures is fine in some counties. They went out once and instead of being concerned about actual issues like the dog house having no bottom so it was living in a mud pit when it rains or no proper water container, they want to have an attitude about a treat that was left for the dog because it's unsafe. But animal neglect by the homeowner isn't. It's sad when you can't count on the only people who can actually help to help.

100 for the dogs and that includes spay or neutering and shots. And they will let you spend as much time with the fur babies before adoption. But they wont hold them its first come. That has been my experience with them. And they are pleasant to deal with.
From what i heard no there is no leash law. More like mutual respect. Cats? I have 3 and they have never been outside. The oldest is 19. Neighbors? That's a tricky subject. That's why i have a small window catio and keep my babies indoors. Welcome to pickens.
Put cages out and catch them and take them to the shelter put live traps out
