yes,I did.They even tried to set the nect one in Tenn for us.I guess they do that all the time and set up an appt.if you a moving...But Comcast does not offer much service by us..No internet, no wi fi....only a 15 channel analog cable...and some home security...If Comcast has serv8ce where your nect jome is.you are all set...otherwise, like us you'll go with dish...
