I always get out sourcing phone calls to Phillipines India and can not understand them. I am legally obligated to ask to speak to a person in the United States and the say they can't to it. I was in hospital with covid last week and no access to bills or what else was going on in my apartment. My bill went from 74.00 to 107.00 and I want that 74.00 again. Then I started making installment of 50.00 with 20 something dollars added to next bills then you wanted 156.00 which will be taken out on the 30th. What kind of scam are you people running!!!!@@$$%
