We go here pretty often because it's really close to our house. Food is consistently good. The people that work here are always polite and helpful. They can get pretty busy so sometimes the drive thru lines can get long but they do their best to get your food as quickly as possible.

The only reliable option is the cheese curds. If you ask for no pickles on your burger, it's a 50/50 shot on whether you'll actually get that. Concretes feel like they've gone downhill at this location. They're mediocre at best. Recently ordered a salted caramel concrete and it just tasted like vanilla custard. You could see the caramel lining the inside of the cup, but they didn't mix any of that into the actual custard, so why would I order a caramel concrete without being able to taste the caramel? Something has been wrong with my order the past 4 times I've gone. If you call and say your drive-thru order was wrong, to their credit, they'll give you a free meal, but I never know if THAT'S going to be right. I don't think I'll be going back, which is a shame, because it used to be above the average fast-food.

One of the finest, amazing and incredibly professional and quite perplexing drive-through order takers I've ever experienced. Just for this, you need to go there. He's incredible. Food, as usual was tasty and fresh for sure. Well worth the trip.
