I showed up a minute prior to 7pm. The employee was in front of the store front conversing with two other women. When I exited my vehicle the employee quickly proceeded inside and lock the door. I knocked politely and ask if I could place a sandwich order to go and she was then quick to respond no. The time was 6:59pm. I understand our days can be long however it only takes a few seconds to portray acts of kindness. I asked her (the employee) if any other locations were open still and she replied no that they are all closed and I could feel free to come back tomorrow. Then said try the one in Palatine. This was bad customer service. All for a plain Beach Club.

They enjoy being the parking police and disciplining customers like Catholic school nuns when walk in the door. Rude people work here. Do you want to encounter nice people? Go to Jersey Mike's or Subway and avoid this place.

I ordered my food at 12 and and have been waiting OVER an hour when this store is 3 minutes away from my office location. I go to different locations for work and ordered here since its supposedly “freaky fast”. Definitely not. It didn’t arrive until 1:50. With the pickle soaking through the whole bag. RIDICULOUS. Never ordering here again.
