Positive: The bed and pillows were comfortable. Negative: No towels, soap, shampoo in the room at check in. Waited over an hour for them to be delivered, after asking at front desk. Coffee was frequently out, in the mornings, in the lobby. It seemed as though the hotel staff did not want to be there.

The cookies were the best. The rooms were clean no complaints there. Although the am guest service employee seem to have an attitude our first morning. The next morning his attitude was Slightly better but still A1. He definitely made us uneasy to want to ask him anything.

Good value with clean rooms. We traveled with a group of 85 people and they prepared an excellent breakfast that everyone enjoyed. We were welcomed with cookies upon check in also. What more can you get from a hotel stay?

This place is in a really good location not far from the highway, and with a grocery store and a mall right around the corner. So the area has a lot to offer. I wouldn't say there were any surprises in terms of the room itself. It was nicely appointed and comfortable. The breakfast however was spectacular and well worth the money (it wasn't free) and I only interacted with two staff members, but they were both very nice and extremely helpful despite how busy they were.
