This review is all about the guy at the front desk by the name of Andres. He is very rude and I think he doesn't like his job because every time you go to him, he always acts like he is doing a favour by doing his job. Talking about his job, I believe he is hired to help and serve the guests at the property. I was in room 433 and was there for 2 days. As soon as I checked in, I saw that the main area light in my room was not working. I called the reception multiple times, no one answered. I went to reception and informed Andres about it. He just wrote the details, didn't give me any assurance like 'I am sending a technician' or something like that. I asked him 'sir, when will it be fixed?' he simply ignored me and got busy with his phone. Nobody came to fix that light throughout the duration of my stay. One of my colleagues was there with me and she needed a toilet roll. She asked Andres for it and he bluntly said 'I don't have any extra toilet roll, use the one which we gave to you.. if it is over, I cant help you.. One roll is not enough for you? I can't help it.. Sorry." I mean seriously? Is this how you attend your guests? Andres is in a wrong profession that is for sure. I request you to kindly look into the matter because my experience was very bad and I visit frequently to this hotel and I really hope that next time I dont have to deal with that kind of attitude.

It appears to be a good place online but once inside it drastically goes down. Very sketchy desk worker, dirty floors, half fixed holes in the wall. Once you get to the room it's not any better. The room had an odor, the beds are hard, the ceiling has cracks, the toilet is super low to the floor. If we stay the whole trip we definitely won't be back.

Staff were approachable amazingly nice/helpful. Room was solid, could've been cleaned better, stains were on our bed sheets. Hotel is connected to restaurant/event hall, parking lot can get packed/crowed in the evening. Peaceful environment nonetheless. Less than 7 mins from fun activities, mall, and great food. Right off the highway, 30 mins from downtown Chicago with no traffic. Overall great experience.

Was here for a convention so the price and location was very appealing. At first was a little concerned, the first room they tried to put us in had a broken door lock and we couldn't get in at all. But they took care of us and got us in another room with a fully working door no problem. The only other issue we had was that hot water would run out pretty fast during peak hours of morning and evening. But the room was nice and clean, no real issues. Staff was great and quick to offer to help with anything. The only other gripe is something that we knew in advance, there's no hot tub at this hotel and I think next year we will look for one that has a hot tub we can use. I would stay here again, good price for the room you get overall.
