My experience here at this AMC theater was horrendous. I went to see the viewing of Black Phone, and I was asked to leave without any type of compromise or warning. I was with a gentleman that asked me out on our first date. 2hrs into the movie, a woman approached us. This woman did not have a flash light nor did she ask any questions in order to investigate. She approached us and solely stated we will have to get up and leave immediately because the “entire” auditorium is complaining about snoring. Mind you my date is wide awake and was never snoring. I tried to explain that ti her but she still said that we had to leave immediately. I then asked if we would be receiving a refund? The woman only response was a threat to call security. (Very uncalled for) so embarrassingly we left the theater. The only accommodation we received were free passes that we did not want. We were refused a refund, and the manager would not give me any information on who I could post a complaint with. Personally I will never step foot back in this theater. I truly never been treated this way and I hope they never treat anyone else this way without reason.

Very nice and clean location. Honestly the location deserve five stars. I only gave four stars because I asked questions about the stubs program and no one person knew everything about the program. Collectively they were able to answer my questions though. I eventually got my answers but I would think that it would be required for them to be able to explain the program.

- Theaters are nice: comfortable seats, good layouts, generally clean. - Excellent location: situated in the Streets of Woodfield shopping center with a little bit of everything (unfortunate that GameWorks shut down though). Also, it is within close proximity to Woodfield Mall and the surrounding shopping centers - lots of shopping! - Great accessibility: parking garage right across; easy access from highways.

I have had the pleasure of visiting this particular AMC location a number of times. Each time, I have had a pleasurable experience with clean bathrooms, pleasant staff, tasty treats and excellent updated seating. Parking is easy right across the street in the free parking garage. Buy your tickets online for a quick and painless entry to your favorite flick!
