Positive: It was not the right room. The towels was not up to standard. One had a hole in it. I asked the staff for more and they said they where being washed. I will never stay there again

We stayed here over Easter weekend of 2022 for 3 nights. Although they don’t offer breakfast and there is no pool, it was a very nice stay. The hotel and room appeared clean and smelled good. The room and bathroom was spacious. The bed a little too firm for me. We could have used a thicker or extra blanket as there was only a very thin one there. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel and would stay there again. Also has a nice location.

Positive: It was in a good location. The room was clean and the staff was friendly Negative: The mattress was too firm for me and made my back hurt. Personal choice I guess but I had to put a foam topper in the mattress that I had with me. All was good.

Hotel way overbooked. They allowed guests to extend their stay causing many trying to check in to not have a room. Last thing you want to hear 4 hrs from home at 9pm at night is you don't have a room. Common courtesy would have been to notify customers as soon as they knew you would not be able to stay. There was no call. They were turning multiple persons away with no room availability
