Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center Hotel

the bathrooms are pretty big for a hotel room, big window, comfortable beds that you can see the tv from, staff are very reliable and sweet, huge comfy lobby, working air conditioning, it has a safe and a mini fridge but no microwave in the room it’s usually down the hall. I have stayed here 3 or 4 times for a dance comp.i recommend to stay here. I have no disadvantages.

No doubt this hotel is beautiful. My young daughter said several times that she wants to have her wedding here. However, when compared to other hotels out there, it's sub-par. The rooms were not very large. The coffee maker in the room is situated in a spot that is not near enough to an outlet. There is no microwave in the room. However, there is a microwave in the ice machine room. It was broken. And the ice machine was broken. The control for hot tub was broken. The pool was nice and the kids had a great time swimming. But all in all, for $400 a night I think the value is severely lacking.

I have stayed here many times over the last 15 years. Always a great experience. A bonus is that the hotel and convention center are attached, that's convenient in bad weather. It's too bad that they turned Sam & Harry's into The Public House,, but there are pllenty of good restaurants nearby.

First time here for the Warrior Cup (karate tournament). Very nice hotel. Decent sized rooms, very clean. Great bar and restaurant located on the premises. Perfectly place Starbucks for all your coffee/drink/baked goods. Looking forward to coming back next year.
