We have been to Pita house few times. Staff and restaurant atmosphere is excellent inside and outside. However, the quality of sauce was very watery and distasteful this time. Wonder if they ran out of sauce and added water. In falafel, sauces are the most tasteful ingredients.

Been a customer of this place for many years and still quite happy with their quality and service. Prices have increased over the past years like the falafel lunch special was $3.99 in 2012 and now its $7.99 however still cheaper than any other place and their new location is much spacious and cleaner than their old place. Highly recommended.

I only have 2 comments about the service and the food The cashier needed a lot of experience and training because she treated us rudely The food was good, especially the rice and meat, but the falafel was bad and cold Lentil soup is just water and salt, it does not have any taste, but I remembered that there is a piece of onion floating

Ambient restaurant with a great outdoor seating area. Staff are friendly and helpful. The food is as expected, you get what you pay for.
