My review is based on the manager and customer service. My mobile pickup order was incorrect, but when I called the location, the manager was very understanding and accommodating. Best customer service I’ve received at Panda!

Porten sizes varied by servers. Server waiting on my wife kept trying to shortchanged her on servings. It took a conversation with manager to straighten out issues. We will look for a different place to eat.

Very tasty good Chinese food! It's all made on a buffet type of counter so you can see what there is to choose from. They were NOT Stingy on the portions!

There is no management here. If you want a refund there is NO WAY to get it. You may need to wait for the manager, who is only there certain days of the week. I had an order mishap and within 3 mins, I went over to the employees saying I didn’t want the bowl- I just wanted a refund. My order was untouched still in the bag and they were like okay we can do that for you. Mind you- the lady who helped us asked another lady who made the order who asked one of the guys working in the back who asked Pablo who came over to us. And even he was clueless. So he told me that their manager (who is a female) will be working on Friday and she can do that for us. He wrote down our names, number, and order numbers yet I have never received a phone call. In fact I tried calling the- first they disconnected the call pretending they couldn’t hear the one time they answered and second- they barely every answer their phone calls. Someone can call 30 times in a row, and they just won’t answer. Where is their customer service? Where is their staff that is knowledgeable in their job? It’s unbelievable how these places literally hire randoms that don’t even know how to do their jobs. If an employee accidentally rang up something, how do they process a refund for the customer if not a single person inside knows the process? I’m appalled.
