Heading to Sea Pines at the beginning of July. Have heard a lot about construction in the reviews and I have been told that it will be completed by the time we arrive. Wondering if anyone had building recommendations.

Get one with an ocean view if it's available. The parking lots are clean, but did you plan to look at cars?

The staff at sea pines are the best. They will accommodate all of things that you desire. The construction is already completed so it shouldn't be an issue in July

Your fate is pretty much sealed since the management tries to accomodate guests to keep them comfy
