Absolutely horrible experience here with the pharmacy. I needed to have a prescription transferred to another pharmacy and the other pharmacy was not able to get in touch with them. I tried to call and get in touch with them, waiting on hold for over an hour three days in a row. When I finally got in touch, they told me to have my pharmacy call them and tried to hang up, and when I said mine couldn't get in touch they essentially said they had other calls waiting. They were incredibly rude, and after waiting on hold for HOURS I would have appreciated them giving me more than a minute as I got rushed off the phone. Horrific system, I now have not had my medication for over a week that I need.

Took 3 days and 3 visits to pick up and buy my pre-boxed prescription (straight off the shelf) that needed nothing other than simply to be rung up at the pharmacy register. (Professional Pharmacist did hand me my package with a thank you) Unbelievably rude and inept pharmacy workers/cashiers and always 30 minute wait no matter what. Long lines for retail checkout as well.

The woman who was on register this morning (6/20) was amazing. She not only helped us find what we were looking for but also went out of her way to find a coupon for us. Possibly the best customer service I have ever experienced. If this woman is not already the manager, I would promote her in an instant.
