Our son was diagnosed with RSV the night we left for the beach. He ended up having complications and needed immediate care. We were staying in South Beach, and whipped into their parking lot. When I told the front office staff what was going on she asked me to wait a minute and went to the back. About 30 seconds later 3 clinicians ran to us and started triaging our son. Long story short: they acted quickly and we’re so knowledgeable on what to do in an urgent situation. We are so thankful for them! 💙🙏 our little boy got the exact care he needed and we ended up having a wonderful vacation.

So we're not sure why Sea Pines Immediate Care advertises closing at 6pm but won't take patients an hour earlier?! My wife fell off her bicycle and scraped her knee, split her lip inside and bruised her nose at the bridge due to her sunglasses. We were there an hour before closing, with two patients waiting in the patient area, but we were advised that the doctor isn't taking any patients due to closing times in an hour??? They gave us a list to call to see if "other" clinics were open, knowing that most clinics in the area, other than ER at a nearby hospital, would be closing soon. Confusing and nonsensical.

After my kids decided to get very sick on vacation, I was treated horribly at the CVS minute clinic and the ER. This urgent care didn’t take my insurance, but it was completely worth the money. Lorena, NP took AMAZING care of my babies and was so patient with them because they were so miserable and acted out. She went over and beyond for me and my kids and I cried when I left because I was SO thankful for her kindness!
