Older but quaint area with a decent golf course and commodities. Be warned that you will have to pay for entry for almost any vehicle besides your daily driver. This does not even exclude moving trucks or your work vehicles. They may let you in with some further conversations with staff but be ready to be turned around unless you have paid there fee for a pass. The units seem average. Not crazy outdated but nothing modern either.

Love this place. It has a nice island vibe and q lovely beach. Just letting you know, businesses and commercial units have to pay for a pass and in order for me to get in, my friend (an owner) has to request a guest pass. Works just like any other gated community.
