Right now a bankruptcy must be closed for a year or it is an automatic denial.
So there are no studio apartments, just 1-3 bedrooms. As far as availability, they typically have a 3 bedroom available, but you would have to call and ask.
If every day
There is not laundry in every apartment, but it is in many. It depends on the style and apartment. We do have 4 on-site laundry rooms as well.
Most instances are near immediate, but it depends on the background check. One instance that may take longer is if you have lived out of state.
This is done seperately, on your own through Dominion Energy for gas and Rocky Mountain Power for electricity. Can be done online.
They don't have studios, only 1,2 and 3 bedroom options. :( When i first got my lease, i saw thaf the 1 bedrooms were about 900.00 a month.
