They started out great. I was thrilled that we finally found a pool company that would show up and be helpful. Unfortunately that went down hill quickly. We were told we need a bigger filter system so we asked for a quote. That was months ago- no quote. As we are in the process of moving we hired them for weekly cleaning since we were not in town to do the work ourselves. I believe that the techs were taking advantage of the fact that we were not home to check up after them. They said they did things that they clearly did not do. I now distrust that they actually used the chemicals they claim to be using but were charged for. They "cleaned" the pool last Friday. Luckily we were in town that Saturday to see that the tech LEFT THE WATER RUNNING ALL NIGHT LONG. We turned the water off. The pool chemicals were all very low, there were grass clippings on the walls above the waterline, so they probably didn't brush the pool. I doubt that the tech vacuumed like they said they did. The pool floor was covered in debris and bugs the very next day. Do your self a favor and look elsewhere.

No, we do not service above ground pools.
We brush the walls and stairs, net the surface debris, vacuum the bottom, clean strainer baskets, check and balance chemicals. Basically, we keep you swimming in clear, clean healthy water!
We perform basic equipment repairs or replacements on pumps, filters, salt systems, and auto-chlorinators. Note, we only perform those types of repairs for customers on a recurring service plan.
Yes, you can, but realize that the pool still needs weekly care. If there is nothing done for 3 weeks during the summer, you will end up with a green, dirty pool on the 3rd to 4th week. Consider this: a weekly service will take you out of the picture (Pool Scouts provides the labor and the chemicals), a bi-weekly service will help keep the pool clean with you still putting in some effort, and a monthly service gives you a thorough cleaning and balanced water, but you are still putting in the majority of the effort to maintain.
