Why don't your local stores answer the phone!!!!!!!!!!!

I went one day to this Store and the phone was ringing off the hook. I asked them who normally answers the phone and was told they usually just ignore it because they’re too busy to talk on the phone.

True. The store is really busy. I went on Sunday with four cars in the lot. Took 45 minutes to talk to someone. Unless it's an issue directly related to that store, better to call Verizon tech support or customer setvice.

I have been to that store twice Both times it was so busy I'm not surprised that they don't answer the phone
