Children are being hired. Fresh out of school with no prior knowledge of healthcare. They’ve changed doctors 4 times in the past 3yrs on me. I absolutely loved the last 3, and it’s strange they’ve all left for some reason. I’ve currently seen 2 new doctors from here both whom has neglected to refill prescriptions or say they sent in a script and neeven find a private room and I was crying and seen a receptionist lean into the video with disgust on her face. Also appalled to hear laughing as I left my last visit due to (now confirmed by dermatologist) skin issues. I’m not saying all the staff are ignorant, but the 2 young female doctors are. I’m alarmist to the point of contacting medical malpractice.

Why have appointments?? The wait time is ridiculous in this place. Give up ever getting test results...call and leave a message...several messages...ask for them to be mailed...nothing...literally no communication after the appointment you waiting a minimum of 2 hours for.

Undeserving of my 1 star! To begin with, Lyn Cheshire sent my husband to a kidney specialist. We wasn't sure why. When we got there, we found out that he was in stage 3 chronic kidney disease. Wouldn't you assume your primary doctor would talk to you about that and explain to you why you were being reffered!!?? My husband needed a prescription to get a monitor for his diabetes. I called several times and did not receive a call back. I was told they called my husband, but the information they told him was not accurate. I am on my husband's information to advocate for him. Guess that didn't mattter to them! I had to call again and was told they left samples for him. When I went to pick them up, I discovered they had expired in May. Very upset with this practice all the way around. If you care about yourself or your loved one's health, STAY FAR AWAY!!!
