This is the third day with customer service, this is ridiculous. The money that Verizon is making off these phones and service, it shouldn't be this way. They can text you but they can't talk to you on the phone, this doesn't make sense.

Good luck. Just spent three days in store and online. I gave up. I've been with Verizon over 15 years. As soon as this contract is up I won't be with them anymore.

It's frustrating! The best option is to make an appointment online and go into the store. I did that yesterday and it worked really well. Good luck!
